The Brief
UNSW A&D has its yearly graduate showcase in December, with a campus wide exhibition highlighting final year design, media and fine art works. For 2023's Annual, I was invited as an alumni to put on a Live VJ/DJ show. The monochromatic show highlights a mixture of pre-made visuals by Protobactillus, combined with custom kinetic type by myself. The show features heartfelt messages scrawled across grungy, photo-copied like visuals, calling back zines and D.I.Y. messages of the 90s. This nostalgic passion project was a fun experience, and was project mapped within UNSW for a live one hour set.
